Congratulations on a month Fishkiller, brilliant! My own experience was that not drinking became easier after about 7 weeks, I hope that is true for you too (or sooner)

The music store up the road has this cardboard cutout when you walk in....I'm like Hey, that would look good in my room!
LOL, when I was young I took home one of those cutout ads that I found in a skip. It was of gap-toothed english actor Terry Thomas who always played the part of comedy rotters. The caption on it said "the meanest man in the world buys Roneo Vickers products" I kind of wish I still had it.
Ps Roneo Vickers used to make office furniture but they no longer exist.

Thank you so much, Purps. Yes, 2 years today. Thank you for remembering. You are such a good friend to me! I never thought I'd make it to two straight years with all the stops and starts I've had. Thanks to all my wonderful friends here!

Dragon, I caught that later on too. The 17th is tomorrow, but I've overshot my 2 year a couple of times, so I was pretty embarrassed to keep bringing it up.
So, truly, it is tomorrow. Like I said, I'm terrible with anniversaries! And it's true.
But thanks so much for the congrats I got early, entirely my fault. This is so embarrassing though. I guess I really wanted 2 years more than I thought.

Well then , although different dates, we both share the same anniversary day, the 17th. (It's in my signature). I post weekly in the "Occasionally I (we) just like to count our days sober" thread on Mondays as I like keeping track.
