It's a lovely sunny and in the 70's today. Just beautiful. I was out this morning picking up some things and I was starting to get a little warm!

Is anyone experiencing the world as just a little off kilter the last few days? (political off-kilterish aside
). Maybe that Super Moon is having a strange effect on people? Hahaha. I dunno - probably just me!!!

I've got another cold. I seem to get one after another in winter (of course it doesn't help that my full of cold and highly infectious granddaughter thinks it's hilarious to creep up from behind and blow a raspberry up close). I invariably feel very tired and very down when I've got an infection
And I often wake up in the night thinking I'm in a strange place. It takes me a while to work out what all the dark shapes are. It's really strange sometimes. Sometimes the shapes look like very odd things.
And I think I'm always off kilter, I seem to spend a lot of time and thought trying to get into step in someway.
Other than that I'm ok. Sober, no hangovers yaaaay and I'm on the Sober Bus today
Oh yes, I'm getting a lot of vertigo these days, kind of act a bit drunk sometimes getting my balance, must be a middle ear thing or something
Oh and I dream a lot more these days too .
