Night One without Drinking
One thing I've decided to do is keep a journal basically detailing each day that I'm sober, and at the end of each day reflecting on the positives and then include goals for the following day. I'm hoping this keeps me on track, plus figured if I make it a year and doing this each day it would be fun to go back and see how I've progressed.

Man, today I was just flat out tired. I decided to go to a walk-in clinic after work to get checked for B12 deficiency, after talking to the doctors about my history with alcohol they decided to do complete blood work. They said if anything is wrong, we'll know with the results.

Glad you are updating us. And great idea to go to the dr- I def had to get a baseline for where things were with me.
And energy took me awhile and indeed ebbed and flowed depending on the day. But the desperate kind of tired and the agony of getting thru a day wasn't there.
Other sweets are good too tho I am an ice cream girl myself
