First time in a few days I've been on a proper computer looking at these forums, so having a good read.

Some of these numbers are unbelievable.

Of course, every day we had another 1 to our total is amazing. Keep up the good work folks.

7 days complete. Feels a long week! But I've paid more attention to cravings this time around and notice they are only really strong for about 3 hours in the day. I need to remind myself that they always keep getting stronger.

In the evenings? another member in these forums shifted their awake hours to minimize the cravings. Got up extra early and was back in bed shortly after work. After a while, they were able to shift back to 'normal' waking hours.

Day 5 today. Day 4 was brutal mentally but physically different. That was not a pleasant feeling I have to say. But day 5 is really going well.
