Working My Program Finally
I used to post on here regularily, always saying "back to day 1 again"
Well I finally went to treatment. Learned how to build and work my own program. I make lists of all the things I should do everyday, and while I almost never get to all of them, everyday gets better. I had a lot of help, but I find that this only works if I meet my program half way. I had so many failed attempts I almost can't believe that I'm actually staying sober. I still think about drinking at least once a day, but the cravings are mostly gone unless I let myself get super hungry. Hope I can continue on this path!! 136 days and counting strong.
I hope anyone out there still struggling, like I did for so long, finds ways to help themselves feel healthy. I feel for you, I truly do.

And I feel for you-Proud. As you should feel for yourself. You're a miracle in the making.
Congratulations on 136 days. And for your uplifting post.
Best to you, and many more sober days to you, also.
