So I'm checking in. I've been going to therapy 2x a week now. One day for regular stuff and the other for anger management.
Things are pretty good overall. I'm learning a lot.

Hey BD - glad to hear things are going well and that you are learning some things at your therapist. I went through a couple before I found one I "fit" with. I view her as a teacher more than a "fixer". There's no magic cure even via therapy usually, it involves hard work - but it pays off handsomely in the long run.
