just over one month
 

ive gone just over one month sober but the thing is it feels different this time like all the cravings have completely gone. iam disgusted at the idea of drinking alcohol

Acouple of months. Not very long but I feel strong. I got to the root cause of my drinking and sorted it out.

never really figured out a root cause for my drinking but ive got severe mental illness like bipolar with psychosis. under control now with meds. could have been that

also i was bullied badly at school took psychedelics etc

Bipolar was my root cause along with a bit of bullying too. Snap!!! My meds are brilliant for me. Im in a good place too.

That's great news Dietcoke, thanks for letting us know. I'm glad you are getting some help for your other underlying issues too - and I'm sure being sober is helping with those as well.
