Had my St Paddy's Day dinner when I came home Saturday from a day long women's 12 Step conference. When I walked in the door, Mr. Ringo was cooking up a feast. Sooo good.

I also decided to lift some hand weights this morning, Spring is coming. Then tonight, my neck and chest hurt, I thought "oh no, I am having a heart attack" then I realized I overdid the weights. I'll be soaking in the hot tub on our sober bus.
