Thank you Everyone. it was not only me that hoped for my recovery. When I pledged about starting my recovery It was hard for me so I contacted an Ayurvedic Clinic in my city for guidance.. And the Dr. consulted me some tips on how I should start my routine .. and which ayurvedic medicine will be better for me to relieve the pain of getting clean.
