Yes I talk a big game but really those badly burned don't recover over night. Beer is a easy solution for anxiety bad part it will kill me if I drink again I'll be worse then ever actually ruined. Man not one number I have not one alcoholic with more time to talk to. I went to a meeting and didn't stay I was to exicited to stay i was so greatful to be alive just there talking to people who know suffering.

Go to another meeting and get a sponsor or at least get some #'s of other alcoholics. They will get you through the tough times. Keep trying and fighting! Best Wishes
