Day three will I ever sleep again?

Ha! I know I will. But after three days of the strangest sleep. I will fall asleep only to wake up what sometimes feels like a min later and Being so uncomftable, moving around all over the bed. When were you able to finally get a good night sleep after WDs?

It's funny, I've had problems with sleep most of my adult life, nothing major but let's say a nuisance. And it definitely got worse the first few weeks/months I was sober. Now I'd say I'm back to what passes for normal sleep for me, it's never gonna be like when I was in my 20s and could sleep on command but I get enough. And there are factors I can control like coffee and late tv/stimulation etc. It's like that Rolling Stones song:" if you try sometime, you just might find you get what you need."

by the end, things got progressively better with sleep until about 10 days when I was back to sleeping through the night.

It took me a couple weeks sober until I started sleeping better. It will get better with more sober time.

I started sleeping better about 10 days in.
Hang in there. Warm bath, maybe some warm milk with cinnamon?
Worked for me.
