Please stay on the Sober bus - pt.20
I've only ever been on two roller coasters in my life. One at Gateshead Metrocentre, which was basically for kids and this one. I am not ashamed to admit I screamed like a 5 year old girl!

This is the ride that I couldn't get enough of...10 story drop....I was part of a Rollercoater Club that had the whole park to ourselves for the early morning hours! I didn't need coffee after this!
I can still feel my stomach get moved to the top of my head!lol

I remember having a blast on the "Aerosmith Rock-N-Roller Coaster" at Disney in Orlando, where it catapults you with speakers right by your head, so Aerosmith music is blasting the whole time. I'd be willing to risk getting sick to ride that one again!
Congratulations on 600 days Canadian Koala, that's fantastic!
Sissinghurst Castle looks great on Google. I thought that I had been there too but when I checked it turned out to be nearby Hever Castle.
I must admit it has been a long time since I have been on a roller coaster, I have been on the London Eye which although high is quite sedate. The way those people are on that Blackpool roller coaster and the Demon Drop - that is basically how I felt on the rare (and never to be repeated) occasions I have been in the passenger seat while my youngest daughter was driving.

Congrats CK, 600 has a nice ring about it.
Painting today- s-l-o-w-l-y getting into a study routine.
And as for roller c's, the closest I have got to that was this thing in recovery- a high ropes adventure park..a socialising- take risks and learn about yourself excursion. I went to be with humans, to test the strength of my burnt arm and challenge my near obsessive fear of heights (could have got me fired from a job once).
2 poles about 40 feet high- with basically a giant rubber band attached between them. One is put in a harness- pulled up to 40 feet by a 4WD- The rubber ban is rigged to stretch back- like a sling shot. Then one is 'twanged'.
No fear of heights, just to check- I did it again. Not going to make a habit of it.
Coffee is safer.

They had one of those in Six Flags - Atlanta. I loved it.
Hello everyone
Wonderful CK! So happy for you!
Are you going somewhere for holiday or staying home and relaxing?
That sounds lovely I'd ask where, but I respect your privacy. Probably makes going to work more enjoyable.
I am another for just having coffee. Just sitting here reading about all the roller coasters is making my stomach queasy
