Hello everyone

Tynesider, I am glad also that your ok. I go through periods of being quiet too, and then some days I won't stop talking. A lot of emotions in quitting.

Drive in movies were fun, toss a blanket in and get comfy.

I love being sober, the inside of my body is feeling so much more healthier, and it is a refreshing feeling. When I think back of how sick I felt inside and how poisoned I felt.

It's been a while since I've completed two weeks....I'm thinking this may be a milestone, 'cause back when I had longer stints of sobriety I was working weekends. This may be my first time going two full weeks without a weekend job to keep me from drinking.....

Anyway, Thanks again to everyone here!

Hello Sober Sunday.

Today the sober bus is headed up to Gimili Manitoba's Model fest where model aeronautic enthusiasts from all around gather to strut their stuff.

I have been on a charter flight with some noisy, drunken Brits many years ago, not good. Unbelievably I wasn't one of them although I certainly had a few.

Congratulations on two weeks Purps! Nice going.

Good to see you Awake!

Hello everyone

I am on our sober bus, but I am angry, mad and could use a good cry so I am sitting in the back by the open window with the nice breeze blowing in.

With this quit I am not using any filters, I am just saying how I feel. (it works)

Usually after a day like this it means that either tomorrow or the next day will be a whole lot better. if it's not, I just might kick a hole in the wall to release some frustration.

Remember! When things are going bad : it will pass.
Apply the same rule when everything is going good lol

On a positive note : congratulations to Tyne on reaching 50 DAYS today!
