On day fifteen now. Last night one of the regulars at work asked if I have lost weight. The scales only say about 3lbs, but I can see I am less bloated.

I guess it is the excess water that causes bloating being flushed out. So excited to start working out again on Monday morning. Get rid of this two stone (28lbs/12kgs) that crept up and get my muscle tone and fitness back.

Feels crazy to have gone half a month with NO hangovers. Enjoy your day, everyone!

I had to check that out. I didn't even think 40 years was possible. Congratulations and I love your avatar. Keep going

I have 434 days today.

(I'm not sure I will live long enough to get 40 years but I really hope I do, and that's not something I would have said a year ago.)

10,887.

About 9 or 10 weeks shy of 30 years.

All 1 at a time, of course.

You should be.

I personally find them inspiring, but I hope nobody feels intimidated by the big numbers posted here.

Remember, we ALL started with Day 1!

Thanks FBL.

You and Grunge pointed that out when I posted at 30 days. It's a simple, but somehow profound observation (at least for me). Today is Day 45 & counting for me.

Good job on another sober day everyone.

I'm proud of you too! I've got 14 days out of my food addiction today

I like to think we're all equally sober since it's One Day At A Time. I'm probably wrong tho.. I often am.

Day 3 for me , I have gone 87 days in the past , and I still think the first week is the toughest. I am committed this time alcohol is ruining my life. I'm so glad for this forum.

I'm so proud of each and every one of you on this thread. When we decide to stop the madness and start the recovery process, each and every sober day should be a celebration!

91 weeks!

The long this goes on the more set in my sober ways I become. However, always vigilant I shall remain.
