Well, I just drank my lunch.

It was a anti-inflammatory superfood shake.

I've re-ordered my eating habits. Big breakfast(this morning was a two egg and pimento cheese sandwich) superfood and vitamins for lunch and very light dinner.

There's 30 pounds of fat on me I want off.

Hope everybodys Sober Monday went well. I started working in the yard early and came inside for a few hours when the sun was at it's strongest. Then back out again. Had a very productive day. Managed to break a garden hose too...

I'll be going to bed soon. Back to work tomorrow.

The firm I work for has had its biennial visit from the bank meaning I have hade to wear a suit, comb my hair and other tortures. Thank goodness they've gone now.

Maybe we could take a look at that volcano in Hawaii.

Maybe I could cozy up to it and get dried out. I'm soaked in sweat and rain. We're varying from 80% to 100% RH and 80*F. And it will be like this all week.
