Restless sleep

I’m wondering how long it will take to have restful sleep again. I wake up exhausted. I know my brain needs to recover. I constantly wake up and it feels like my brain is over active while trying to sleep. 2 days sober

I've found it to be a gradual return. It sucks, that's for sure but it will.come. hang in there

Hi and welcome Tamarah

I think it varies from person to person, but it took about 10 days for me to get back into a consistent sleeping pattern

Keep your caffeine and sugar intake in check, that helped me early on. All in all it took a few weeks for my sleep pattern to stabilize and my brain to chill. OTC melatonin also worked well.
