13 weeks sober but not ok

13 weeks today for me, and I'm proud of that, but god I've wanted a drink today.

Haven't had much in the way of cravings for weeks, but today it really hit me.

I'm having a cup of tea instead and hoping it passes soon!

Hang in there - perhaps try something sweet with your tea - it's definitely not worth throwing away 13 weeks of sobriety.

I'm not so bad today thanks, didn't give in and just had that cup of tea.

I'll be ok, just feels a lot like a rollercoaster at the moment.

Thanks for asking :You_Rock_

Great job! For me, there are triggers. A certain song, sunny weather and barbeque get outside (very difficult), the fact that it is a Saturday, etc.

Was there a trigger that you can avoid? Well, glad the tea worked, I'll try that next time!

Just a stressful day at work really.

Just had a cup of Earl Grey, tea to keep me on track!
