Don't know, I still drinking

Taking shots of vodka here and there.

I must stop tonight. This could kill me. It's really aggressive in nature this time

Don't rule our medical help or detox Mthpc. You are right..,this could kill you, so do whatever it takes to quit.

The heartbreaking part is that my excuse with my family with all this is that I have the flu.

I'm sure my wife knows, but maybe can't accept it

Emotional stress is not a reason to drink. There are no reasons to drink. It's never an option or a solution. It leads to nothing.

Every time you drink, you will have the same outcome and you will live your life in circles. Never going forward.

Hopefully your workday will get you enough sober hours to begin to get free again.
