So very true, I reflected to myself this morning as I waited much too long for a cab in my dingy neighborhood and basically just felt pretty neutral about the whole thing. Not annoyed or tense or why is the whole world against me/trying to destroy me? Not having to deal with the horror show of arbitrary, subjective negativity every morning and probably every day, is reason enough for me to settle for relatively boring.
