Put in my place!
I’ve gone to AA the last 3 days and made it through Christmas and New Years without any slips.
I’m finishing day 9 today and have a headache so told my BF I was not going tonight.
And he put me in my place, told me he’s driving me and I’m going.
So, here’s to AA day 4 in a row and being sober!

In early sobriety I had a hard time getting out and going to meetings (or anywhere for that matter) but after the meetings I always felt good and glad that I went.
On days that I don't feel great I just push through it and do what I have to do - sitting home isn't going to change the way I feel.
