Please stay on the Sober bus - pt.12
Hi folks on again for tomorrow.
Get this, kids got two more days off of school because of the cold weather. Last I checked at least in my school district the kids go right from a warm car to a warm bus into a warm school. Back in the day, we walked to school miles uphill both ways and sometimes had to fend off a grizzly bear with a Trapper Keeper binder.

SteelRes!!! ❤️
And coffee!!!
Kudos to everyone up north.....it's supposed to be "cold" here in FL but compared to what you guys are enduring, I definitely can't complain!
We'll have to find some exercises to keep warm on the bus......
I could use some band practice!

Both ways uphill in 5 feet of snow..... those were the days. We moved into this neighborhood because all the schools were close by yet my wife still insisted on diving the kids whenever she could.
Got my uke purps, ready to play some DeathKlok....
Sober Bus is rolling, no better time than now to jump on.

Just got my boys on their bus. I'm all ready to hop on this sober bus for the day.
I know that the problem here when it gets super cold isn't about the kids being cold it's that the busses won't run when it is that cold. We also have lots of gravel roads that take forever to be taken care or when it is icy/snowy. So even though the road in front of our house looks great we still miss a lot of days of school.
Though I'm not complaining I love having my kids at home! I already miss the 3 stinkers that just left. Lol. I still have the teen daughter home until Monday though.

Welcome to the Sober Bus Lindajean.
I'm 57, so old that it was dinosaurs we had to fend off. Those T-Rex's could give you a nasty nip.
