Haha I just added avocado to my shopping list. The last one I have isn't looking very good. My 9yo eats them like they are going out of style.
The Kerrygold butter is made from grassfed cows. So it should be a little more healthy. I like it. We've used it for a few years.

Evening. Welcome to the Sober Bus TheToddman and ChickChick.
I felt slightly deflated going back to work after 12 days off but i'm glad people are not generally drinking at this time of the year.
We have those big bikes in London, unfortunately the purpose of many of them is to sell booze.

I had the opportunity so I left work a little early today and caught a nap. I missed hanging out in my PJ's.
I'd love to go to Hawaii. Been to Ohau, but I'd love the opportunity to explore all the islands.

Good Morning! My cat woke me up...either hungry or lonely or both. He was a stray that I befriended and took in because this below freezing temperature could kill him! He is just like the tom cat in the book/movie "A Street Cat Named Bob". Someone had suggested reading/watching the book/movie. I did both. Really good true story about addiction. My tom cat is named "Duke". He has only one eye but, he is handsome to me!

This reminds me of our brat cat....he's 2 now; he lives at Mom's (she got him as a bribe to get me to stop drinking so much) ~ When thinking of a name, one of our local radio personalities hosts the "Cat Named Mo Show" so.....we now have our own 'Cat named Moe'!

One more day of my "little" boys being home. Boy tomorrow morning is going to be a rude awakening, literally. They have gotten quite fond of sleeping in.
Chloe my cat is fond of waking me too. I'll have to find that book/movie.

For the past 3 years during the first week in Sept, my husband and I have gone to a different Hawaii island. This year is Oahu--mainly to see the Pearl Harbor Memorial and to check it off our bucket list.
One of many gifts of sobriety: I'm sober so I can keep a job, I have a job so I have a little money, I have a little money so I can vacation a couple times a year.
Every good thing in my life can be traced back to sobriety and Higher Power.
