Morning everyone

Just reflecting on my weekend and it's been awesome. Clear headed, fresh and not feeling sick to my stomach, wow what a feeling.

Yesterday we decided to go a lovely walk to the seaside, I was freezing - 6deg but the sun was out and it was gorgeous. And my partner proposed to me on the beach Aaah it was wonderful. What an amazing memory I'm so grateful I was sober and hangover free to enjoy it. We toasted our proposal over coffee and cakes at a lovely cafe then went to share the news with family. My family cracked open fizz which was tough to not get caught up in actually but I toasted with my shloer and after talking about my day I soon forgot about the fizz.

What a great way to mark a month sober I'll remember this forever I've got great things to look forward to and happy to be doing it all with a clear mind.
