Hello everyone! I know I'm still at the early stages of quitting, however I
finally realized drinking has caused enough damage. I'm 45, and to be
realistic, the withdraws: sleeplessness, mild forgetfullness, etc, is not near
as bad as I thought it would be. I know there is going to be "bumps" down the road, and instead of dreading them I will look forward to defeating them, one at a time !
I pray for success and recovery for everyone here at S/R. As the saying goes
You can make a differance!

I agreed "a month before" to do this Holloween party gig tonite, I'll be
staying way away from the Flammable Vodka Vampire Punch this time!
