Got my therapy consultation on 27th and I'm looking forward to getting started. I've never done therapy sober before. I always got drunk afterwards so I'm going to come straight on here afterwards just in case the cravings hit. Best to be cautious I reckon.

My colleague made me laugh today. I mentioned I am not drinking and she said "I thought there was something different yesterday...you didn't have your pint of Stella 0.5 seconds after finishing work!"

I think I was only a few weeks in, fullofstars, when a co-worked noted I was a bit hyper. I.E. not slowed down from a night of drinking. I took it as a compliment.

Omg, it was so nice! We went to oahu and the big island. Now its very cold here to me. My wife got a bottle of wine one night for the room which she had over 2 nights, and i got mac nut cookies and ice cream!

We don’t surf but we did play in the water. Did a little snorkeling.
I would upload a pic but don’t know how. It says the max size is 450x 0?

Hi pupps, yea I've learned to edit my pictures down to around 450 pixles wide before attaching a picture. You have to be careful about how many KB's it is too. I'll also use Postimage.org - free image hosting / image upload. You upload a picture and it gives you a url that you can post back here. Again, tho I try to edit the picture down to a reasonable size, but postimages can do that for you too. Large pictures can mess with the layout of the site.
