Almost every year nov 9th and 10th I'm plagued with ptsd and flashbacks.

Yesterday, i spent it with my fam and tonight, i listened to Christmas music working on art. I think I'll be ok when i wake up.

there's no more hate or shame or anger or shock or rage.

i think i've finally found some peace.

I love therapy, this place and sobriety.

the ptsd i suffer from doesn't have anything to do with military service, it just so happened on Veteran's day.
