Starting over

I was doing very well.. best year I'd ever had in something like 25. Fell off in August... pretty much drunk since then, except for today.

Gotta get back up. I saw another poster mention an online sponsor. How would I go about getting one?

I'm glad you decided to pursue recovery. I'm not sure how to get an online sponsor but I think the administrators may be able to help you find someone who can support you in your efforts to heal from alcoholism. I'm proud of you and I'm glad you are reaching out for help. I wasted a lot of time being afraid to ask people for help. If you need one-on-one advice just send a private message to someone you think is positive and supportive.

you can go to the aa website under forms, and it is request a sponsor.
I just filled it in a couple hours ago and already have a response!
