One year on and no regrets
It’s been exactly one year since I stopped drinking. So much has happened in that time that it seems much longer ago than 365 little days, but the calendar doesn’t lie. I feel (and look) like a completely different person now and have absolutely no regrets. Thanks to everyone here for their support and guidance. I don’t post on here that often, but I do turn to this site for vicarious support and inspiration when things get tough and I’m tempted to revert to stupid past habits. So, if you’re reading this or have posted here over the last year, thank you.

I just celebrated one year sober yesterday.

I too am a totally different person.
