I've been so careful with my diet, yet

Ok, inspired by this thread, this is my day 1 of 16/8. Decided that my window will be 12-8 and yesterday I’ve already substituted my daily ice cream bucket with yoghurt and berries. Right there that’ll cut around 12,000 calories a month, lol!
Hit the gym this morning and am now enjoying my food window!

I once read how diet colas (the dark ones) leach calcium out of one's bones in addition to what the sugar substitutes do insulin levels. But ya know, getting sober sounds like a good priority--for now.

That’s what I’m thinking. Although, that chilled Pellegrino tonight tastes way better than expected.

When I gave up smoking I put about 10 cm on my waste. I heard somewhere that rather than drastic dieting, just giving up one thing could make the difference.

At the time I was drinking coffee with two sugars about six times a day. So I changed to tea with no sugar. That is all I did, and I lost the 10 cm in a couple of months.
