YES. My skin looks much healthier these days. Less dry and puffy, more healthy colour.

when i was drinking i used to swell up.
My wife used to say i was bloated up in the face. Yuck.

Looking like a handsome devil now though

Absolutely - i used to have a bloated/flushed look a lot of times when I was still drinking. I bruised a lot more easily too it seems. I remember people actually telling me that I looked better even just a few weeks after quitting - asking if I had lost weight/started a diet.

funny what Scott says cause i put on weight (like to eat now) but people keep asking if i lost weight because im no longer swollen up (in te face) from alcohol.
