Was anyone here upset when your partner went to Al-Anon?

I don't know if he's ever given my feelings about being in love with an alcoholic much thought except, of course, in regards to his fears that I'll leave him.
He managed 4 days dry between drunks this time 'round. I had my meeting last night, and I guess he figured he'd show me by getting wasted last night. I'm pretty certain he's in a bender now, because he's hanging out with his good friend, paranoia, and has convinced himself today that I'm having an affair with my boss. 🙄
Days like this I dread going home, and I always wonder if this will be the day that he finally gets his first DUI.
