I'm just really frustrated. I don't know if i've passed these stones...I'm tired of the pain coming and going. This whole mess just sucks right now. My daughter started 6th grade today. I had to get phones, shoes, clothes, supplies everything yesterday. Pain or not. My wife completely dropped the ball. This was all on me like it or not.

Why?

When my wife stresses, she starts to shut down. Then she'll just stop doing anything. That happened yesterday. I don't like to argue or yell, it's just easier for me to do it on my ownwhen she gets like that.

So by the time i got home i was in a ton of pain...i was sick to my stomach...pissed off and just in a bad mood. I got zero sleep last night. I'm hoping this gets easier this week. No matter how pissy I feel, I AM truely blessed. Just frustrated.

One of my oldest friends just got her first round of chemo friday after finding out she had stage 3 breast cancer. I have NOTHING to complain about. I just needed to vent a sec.

Thanks all. I really appreciate you all checking in with me. It truly makes a HUGE difference in my day when I see so much support and concern.

Sorry things are still rough and the pain is still there Bulldog. It's a stressful time of the year for a lot of folks with school starting, summer ending, etc.

Taking time to realize that no matter how bad it seems it could be a lot worse is a humbling thought, and I think a healthy one. It shows that you are growing in your sobriety and keeping things in the "now". Hope your week gets better soon!

Well, i went to the urologist and everything turned out fine. He's confident I'll pass the last stone easier than the first.

He said if the pain gets bad again to go to the er. He gave me a script for another ct scan if it gets gnarly. He didn't think another one was necessary today as long as there wasn't any pain.
I think i might have passed part of it yesterday night... I'm tired. Definitely feeling better though. no fever or nausea. that's a plus.

Back to the grind.

Thank you all for your support. It really has meant a whole lot to me.

Sure was a long, drawn out ordeal. So glad it's over - hopefully you never have to deal with this again.

i feel a lot better today. no pain...i'm thinking i passed pieces of it yesterday since i didn't see anything as big as my first one. I think it's turned to gravel and that's what I'm seeing now.

My wife sprained her knee last night after my dog tried to take off after a squirrel. I told her no more harness' on the dog...she has to use the gentle leader collar. Those work great. My wife is this tiny thing and my dog is almost 80 pounds now. I felt bad so i did all the grocery shopping and walked the dog today.

All in all ok day. Monday is back to the dr. thanks for listening.
