One Month!
He all! Today it's been one Month with no booze. Feels great! Still some wierd things going on physically as my body gets used to it. Feel kind of "in a daze" sometimes in the mornings. Also don't have much of an appetite. I'm trying to just chalk those up to healthy reactions to finally being sober after so many years.

Welcome to SR Antitoxlife and congrats on a month sober. It definitely does take some time for your body and mind do adjust/heal but things will definitely keep getting better.

good for you , fight back and remember to guard your sobriety.
If you feel this good at 30 days , challenge yourself to 90 days.
DO NOT DRINK, your doing amazing!!!
