Interesting blast from the past!
Howdy everyone, been a long while since I posted last. I try to visit a few times a week, though. Funny little story here... just got back from the grocery store and guess who was in the checkout line behind me?
The manager of the liquor store I used to frequent! We exchanged pleasantries, made small talk about the weather, etc. He never asked where I've been or anything. Felt kinda awkward I will admit.
Thought I'd share.

It is odd when we mix our old lives with the new.
Today I had lunch with my AA sponsor and my sponsor's sponsor.
Through talking I found out that my sponsor's sponsor owned a bar back in the 1990's that I used to drink at - my how people's lives can change.
