SSD, that picture of San Diego beach is gorgeous! I love the beach--I don't care about age and sun spots on my skin. Just let me soak it in and tan to my heart's content.
And hello to Givingup. Everyone else too! No other place I'd rather be than on the Sober Bus (the beach is a very close second).
And since I've been active on the Fitness thread, this 60 yr bod can rock a swim suit like nobody's business!

Since quitting I've been eating carbs (all the bad ones) like nobody's business. No more...here's to sobriety and eating healthier!

I can still fit into my size 6 but it is getting a wee too tight!
I'm on Day 5 - no ice cream. The first two days were awful!!!!
