What To Do???????????
Well i have done it again.Drinking heavy for about a month now AGAIN 
I realize i do not want this life of misery and i want to quit,trying to deciede if i should detox myself at home this time or not. I have been through several rehabs and no big trouble detoxing no dts or anything but i am just scared of something happening this time that has not happened before.... Maybe i am just using this as a excuse ?? DUNNO 
Any input is appreciated and welcomed. Been drinking about 14 or more beers a night. :sink

Problemchild the first thing you need to do is speak to a doctor.Find one who has some experiences with alcoholism and the recovery process.Speak honestly and openly about your drinking history.
Be open to suggestions about recovery then committ yourself to a course of action you think might work for you.
I do not know of any " quick fix " solution for alcoholism.Any programme of recovery you opt for is going to demand lots of work on your part even if you decide to go it solo.
