Day 10

I'm like Tigger today. Gone from being drained to being like "bouncing is what Tiggers do best". I have ADHD so I am a pretty upbeat person all the time, now I'm truly annoyingly happy 😂 I just wish I could be bloody normal!

Thanks for the upbeat post Tigger ... er ... sobersue.

My problem was, after years of d&d (drinkin & drugging), and being driven by my Self-Will-Run-Riot, and thru all the past and ongoing collisions with others and Life in general, and my inevitable descent into Pitiful & Incomprehensible Demoralization .... I had warped any sense of 'normal' beyond any ability within me to accurately assess what that was or how to experience it.

However, thru intensive work and now a sustained life Free from it, I applaud your 'annoyingly happy' and your desire to experience what being 'normal' may be.

RDBplus3 ... Happy, Joyous and FREE

Congrats on double digits Sue! Don't worry so much about being "normal" as I'm not sure there is such a thing. We all have issues we deal with on a daily basis: mental, physical and environmental. What is important is how we deal with those issues....and it sounds like you are doing just fine in that department. Being sober is certainly helping in that area so keep it up!

I'm a couple days short but yeah... I feel like driving up north a few hundred miles just to go hiking in the mountains or something. Matter of fact, I reckon it's what I'll do as soon as I get some time off, maybe late summer.
I'm pretty calm tho. But I'm happy for your 10 days performance, and I'm sure it'll last a hell lot more. Enjoy the day!
