It will be so much better in next 24 hours.
Keep hydrating! A hot shower before bed should help. I might even suggest a ridiculous pastrami Ruben sandwich like I just had...food coma impending. Oh my goodness. So full....

I'm on day 2 myself. Let's all have a Happy Safe and Sober Holiday. Yesterday was terrifying with my WD's. THe worst I have ever had but I was able to sleep and eat this morning. Onward. I can't do it anymore, if I continue I will die and my kids will grow up with no dad. I don't want them to have that put on them and I want to be ALIVE with them, for them, and for myself.

Day 8 for me today. Managed to go to a cookout yesterday and no alcohol!
I am so glad! Must have seen a dozen state troopers on the ride back home. No need to worry if not drinking!
