I have some personal stuff going on and a big thing happen today that a month or so ago would have found me drunk. I called my sponsor and he said "You can only control whats in your hoola hoop" I never heard this term before and it made sense when he explained it. Meaning there's only so many inches in diameter that we can control and its humbling. Just wanted to share.

I'm glad you derailed the issue quick!! I've heard the term a lot over the years..

We're really only in control of our selves.. stay in your hoola hoop, I.e. Don't take other people's inventory..

another one is, keep your side of the street clean, I.e. Don't worry about other people, mind your own business and keep your house clean!!

Steve, did you already get your 30 day chip? I loose track during the week for some reason..
