Last Saturday evening I listened to a podcast from these people. It was a good podcast.
And then today I just stumbled onto this article. Hmmmm - how ya doing higher power?
Turns out I had downloaded the phone app for this podcast and forgotten about it.

Personally I am on day three. I've been going to meetings for about a year and it seems like it's finally starting to take hold. Couldn't go tonight because there is so much work I have to do at home. I'm actually missing going to the meeting. Never thought I would say that.
Because of financial matters I woke up very depressed today. Really wanted to just not face the day and stay in bed.
They say that helping others is good for you. Finding this podcast info and sharing it has lifted me up a bit. How about that.
