Reflecting on my week...
 

This time last week I was well into my (hopefully) last ever binge. It was probably about this time I began blacking out, and then still functioning for another 3 hours afterwards. And I have to say I am so grateful and happy to say this week im sitting in the comfort of my home with almost a week of no alcohol under my belt. I'm feeling very content right now. I know I will be faced with challenges in time to come but I feel like I'm finally coming round to the idea of leaving alcohol behind for good. Hope everyone has had a good day :)

So glad to hear it! I too not long ago was stumbling around to the utter confusion of my friends... Another secret drinking episode. So glad t be clear-headed and, to be blunt, alive. Binge drinking is so dangerous, I manage to drink half a bottle in one sitting without knowing what I'm doing. Last alcohol to enter my system!!

It's so nice to have a clear mind and know exactly what you have been upto. Last week I drank 2 bottles of wine then stole the whiskey out the cupboard when my boyfriend wasn't looking and went God knows where. Glad to hear your keeping strong. We can do this! :)
