Hi all, well it's been 31 days today off the cigarettes and 33 days off the pot. I'm travelling ok although lacking motivation and the will to do much. I feel so much clear headed and healthier though. I could probably count the number of drinks I have had in the last 30 days on 2 hands so that has reduced hugely as well although today being Sat arvo feeling flat and unmovitivated I have poured myself one. Happy weekend everyone!

I haven't posted in a while. Just got back home after a wonderful week in Bali. I am now 81 days of the weed and 79 days off the cigarettes. The one thing that I was sure would not happen I think has happened and now I would say I'm not far off being an alcoholic!

Reality not so bad when you get used to it 
I hope you make the choice sooner than later - alcohol has a bad habit of really running away from you - and might even lead to you going back to weed and smokes as well....
