Happy sober weekend everyone!
Sun is shining for a bit here in the pacific northwest. Hopefully lasts a while before rain comes. Going to go to garage sales with my wife. Stay safe and sober everyone

Big weekend for me - I will be at the 6 months sober mark on Monday.
I remember being at a bar six months ago on a Sunday afternoon, hungover and full of anxiety and panic. I was pounding down Dos Equis draft beer but it wasn't working - the anxiety and panic wouldn't go away. It was my rock bottom.
I can not believe how good my life is today after only 6 months sober - it will only get better. The last several years of my alcoholism I was depressed and was just going through the motions of life waiting to die.
I remember being at a bar six months ago on a Sunday afternoon, hungover and full of anxiety and panic. I was pounding down Dos Equis draft beer but it wasn't working - the anxiety and panic wouldn't go away. It was my rock bottom.

Day 22 and still sober! (Happy Day 22 to you too SteveAlex)
I can't believe it! And I'm surprised how well I'm feeling today!
I've been faithful taking my multivitamin as well as a B supplement and I think it's making a big difference. Also doing lots of water to flush all the toxins out.
