A good plan...

I just realized that in the past, I never really made some kind of detailed plan for my recovery. I had the basics, go to meetings, go to therapy, exercise, stay healthy, stay away from the bars,... But I don't think I ever did a personal one, a detailed personal one... Any advice?

Have faith and don't drink. Choose life over disease. Surrender and acceptance is the key. Eat and sleep well. Exercise. Dwell on recovery. Not the disease.

Think of not drinking as something you accomplish, not something you give up.
