Congratulations dsmaxis! That is a great achievement and those should be the most difficult 30 days you ever have to go through. Keep it up. Before long, with diligence, you will turn 30 into 300. Nice job!

Day 5 was really hard physical cravings had to put my head in a pillow for over an hour or two to force myself to sleep when I wasn't tired praying like a madman!!!day 12 mental obsession afraid I'd drink again I'd die. A long the way I said I was comited to do what ever it took I knew the first it was an act of Providence but how could that happen twice it did day 14 to long to describe I lost the mental obsession to drink Life been eay the today I found some friends that under stand me better thanks to a Kind Soul . Iwill not be getting any tokens ever except if I make to 30-33 years but right now I'm jut doing it as descibe on the first 103 pages like it says !!!
