I think celebrities have such a large audience that they have the power to influence the masses in a good way or a bad way. Richards interview was astounding and reached an audience far greater than SoberRecovery.

Does anyone know how he died? I know in the interview he was sober but did he return to the drink? Did he die of alcohol related illness?

He died of a cerebral hemorrhage. So far as I have been able to determine, he did not return to drinking after this interview.
