8 years today
 

Since I took my last drink on 30 March 2009. Next morning coming off my last bender I thought "I can't do this anymore". The entire way of living had become intolerable to me.

It's not only possible to put the drink down it is entirely worthwhile...and then some.

I've been blessed to have had two lives. ..the one I have today is worth living.
