That feeling again.

Okay so today is a day i will usually always buy a bottle or two of wine and chill on the computer or console with them.

I'm so tempted to go out and and buy it right now. The store is literally around the corner from me.

Any good tips on what to do in these moments?

I'm so wanting to feel drunk but i just know it will set me back so far emotionally. >.<

Play the tape through.
Why are you here in the first place? I'm guessing it's because you know what happens when you drink. Do you get really sick during the binge and/or after? Do you make a jerk out of yourself? Do you act completely out of character? Do you make poor decisions?

Why would this time be any different?

Glad you made the choice to come here and talk things through first Lucky. That shows that you are learning to deal with these types of things in a more responsible way, congrats!

Don't put yourself back emotionally LuckyCat. It's not worth it for a drink you will regret. Not drinking builds emotional strength.
