Still Sober

Today is day 46...
I'm still going strong although I had a drunk dream last night, I did wake up relieved that I was still sober. As of recent I've been working out regularly, eating well, and back in my kids life. I was absent from life while I was drinking and drugging. Now I'm back on track, but I'm still being cautious. I know that another relapse is only a call or trip to the packy away. But I'm truly happy now and my family is as well. Cant wait to see what the rest of this life has in store for me, I'm excited but still taking it slow. One day at a time.

Great work rilla, and yes - drinking dreams are common and nothing to really worry about - they are just dreams!

I haven't had a drinking dream in a long time but the feeling of panic upon waking followed by the feeling of relief is intense.

46 days is fantastic.
