Good morning fellow sober bus passengers. Feeling good today and enjoying a nice cup of coffee (first one in days). I've walked around the bus and kicked the tires, looks like it's ready for a load of passengers.
Random city generator suggests Cape Town, South Africa. We can go see then mountain range and the drive down to boulders beach and check out the African Penguins.
Who wants to get on the sober bus with us?

Not so little, but it's here warming seats. Can't seem to choose where I want to sit today. Window seat? Isle? front, middle, back. Naw not the back, I want to sit with you guys and join the crowd.

I occasionally have a green shake on Monday morning to help balance out what I ate on Sunday (yikes). Made of 1 cup berries, 1 banana, scoop protein powder, scoop of chia seeds, unsweetened almond milk, a little alkaline water. Maybe I'll toss in spinach. Actually tastes pretty good.

I once got to a home group early to set up and just for fun, since alkies don't like change, I arranged the tables a little different. People noticed and complained! (Example of being rowdy these days. Yeah, I know, it's lame.)

My smoothie today will be 1 cup kale, 1 banana, 1 egg, 1/2 cup frozen blue berries, honey, hemp protein powder (just 'cause I got some) and 1 1/2 cups almond milk.
We are going to have a high of -3 Celsius today with a bit of snow. Nice day for a wintery stroll in the park. How 'bout we all drive over to Ottawa and skate on the Rideau Canal? Apparently the largest naturally frozen skating rink in the world.
